Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on any subscription charge — initial or renewal — for Explorer, Full Access, and SAT Access plans.

If you are not satisfied within 7 days of a charge, request a full refund and we will process it without requiring an explanation.

The Merit Strategy Report is a premium one-time deliverable. It is refundable within 7 days of purchase only if the report has not been generated. Once you trigger report generation, the report is non-refundable.

If you purchased a Full Access 6-month or Annual plan (which includes the Merit Strategy Report at no additional charge) and you have generated the report, your subscription refund will be reduced by the standalone Report price.

This rule exists because the report is generated on demand using significant AI compute resources. Generating it constitutes delivery.

Visit /billing and click "Request refund." Refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days.

Your access ends immediately upon refund approval.

You can cancel your subscription at any time from /billing. Canceling stops all future charges. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period — you will not be charged again after cancellation.

Cancellation is separate from a refund. Canceling does not automatically trigger a refund for the current period; use the refund request flow for that.

• One refund per user per billing period
• Reports are non-refundable once generated, including for cross-purchase cases (buy → generate → refund → rebuy is not permitted)
• Chargebacks filed with your bank without first contacting us may result in account closure
• Refunds are not available for charges older than 7 days
